"I’ve been with State Farm 20+ years over 4 states and have never had anything other than exceptional customer service until Brigit Smallridge Statefarm. I’ve never left a negative review until Brigit Smallridge. Please prepare for billing/underwriting misunderstanding/misinterpretations. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone and the agents are not able to explain why your bill is the way it is. I am no longer a statefarm customer. I would either go with a different agent who trains their agents more properly or not at all because of their billing system that they cannot explain."

Not only did we sign on, but we helped my father-in-law to get signed up as well, as he was affected by USAA's rates going up unaffordably.
